We collect the information you enter in the application form: first name, last name, country of residence, nationality, phone number, email address, preferred contact methods, English language level, availability, your answers to job-specific questions and, if you choose to upload one, your CV.
Why we process your data
Your data is processed for recruitment purposes only: to review your application, to contact you about the selected job offer and to present your candidacy to the employer or employment agency responsible for that offer.
Who receives your data
Your application may be shared with the employer or employment agency connected to the job offer you selected, and with the recruitment coordinators working on that offer. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep your data
Applications are kept for as long as needed for the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a similar position becomes available. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Security
Applications and uploaded CV files are stored in a private, access-controlled system. Only authorised recruitment staff can read them.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of incorrect data, deletion of your data, or withdrawal of your consent. To do so, write to the contact address below.
No fees for candidates
Submitting an application and using our recruitment service are free of charge for candidates.
