Below you will find answers to the questions candidates ask us most often. If something is still unclear, send us a message on the contact page.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You do not need to register or create an account. You only need to complete the application form.

Do I have to pay a recruitment fee?

No. We do not charge candidates for submitting an application or for our recruitment service.

Who will contact me?

Depending on the job offer, you may be contacted directly by the employer, an employment agency in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium, or by a recruitment coordinator.

Do I need a CV?

A CV is strongly recommended. If you do not have one, you may still submit the application and provide additional information later.

Who pays for travel?

The candidate is responsible for organizing and paying for travel to the employer, unless the selected job offer clearly states otherwise. Candidates must be ready to organize and pay for their own travel to the employer.

How quickly will I receive an answer?

Candidates whose profiles match the requirements are normally contacted within 1–2 business days. The initial recruitment decision usually takes no longer than seven days.

How soon must I travel after acceptance?

Some employers expect accepted candidates to arrive and start work within approximately one week.

Do I need to speak English?

Language requirements depend on the specific job. The required language level is clearly stated in every offer.

Can I apply from outside the European Union?

This depends on the job offer and the candidate's right to work. Each offer states which nationalities or residence statuses can be accepted.

Is accommodation provided?

Accommodation conditions and costs depend on the specific offer. All available information is displayed in the job description.
