How it works — step by step

The whole process is simple and free for candidates. Below you can see what happens from the moment you submit your application to your first day at work.

1. Choose a job offer

Browse the available positions and open the full description. Every offer shows the country, location, salary, working hours, accommodation and what the candidate has to pay for.

2. Register in less than one minute

Fill in the short application form: your name, contact details, EU passport country, availability and your preferred way of being contacted. A CV is helpful but not mandatory.

3. We review your application

Our team checks whether your profile matches the requirements of the selected offer. Candidates who meet the requirements are usually contacted within one to two working days, and the first decision normally takes no longer than seven days.

4. Contact and confirmation

You will be contacted by the employer, by an employment agency in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium, or by a recruitment coordinator. During this conversation you receive the details of the contract, the accommodation and the start date.

5. Travel and start of work

After the placement is confirmed, employers usually expect you to arrive within approximately seven days. Travel to the employer is organised and paid for by the candidate, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
